RETURNS

Any apparel purchase (shirts, blankets, towels) can be returned within 30 days of the order's ship date. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was sent.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and no shipping costs will be refunded for returns.

Once the item is received and the refund is approved, SoCal Parrot will initiate a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please contact the credit card provider for details of how long the refund will take to appear.

Small items, including bags and accessories, are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or refund.

 

SHIPPING ERROR

If a shipment is damaged in transit, please let us know. We will offer a replacement of the damaged item, and file a claim with the shipper.

Every item purchased from SoCal Parrot's online store is shipped in compostable and/or recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging. FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more (US only). Standard rates apply for all other orders. Shipments are packaged and sent from San Diego, CA.
